How I Created Flowee.life
Flowee — The space where you plan, make mistakes, start over, and find yourself back.
2 min read

We live in a world so overloaded with information that it feels like we're constantly under siege. We fight to the point of exhaustion, just trying to keep up.
Sound familiar?
January: "I just bought a year-long gym membership!"
December: "That was a very generous donation to the gym owner."
Yesterday: "That's it, no more sweets starting today!"
Also yesterday (at 11 PM): "...and here I am on the couch, finishing an ice cream."
After exhausting everything from Atomic Habits to CBT therapy, I moved on to real-world attempts: lost planners, random scraps of paper, and spreadsheets that failed miserably. Then I tried every existing app out there—one for smoking, one for water, one for diet. None of them were spacious enough for a whole human being.
That’s how Flowee was born.
It’s not just another boring planner; it’s my personal compass. A private space where I can note down in seconds (not minutes) what I feel, what I tried, what worked, and what I consciously decided to let go of. It’s the place where I find my way back when life gets chaotic.
I invite you to try it out! If you have ideas, feedback, or just want to chat, drop me a line directly at: ask.flowee@gmail.com
